The agreement for using Genoir.

These terms govern your use of Genoir. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Genoir.

What you build

You own the content you create and the sites you generate. You're responsible for making sure your content is lawful and that you have the rights to anything you upload.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Genoir for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful.
• Don't abuse the free tier (e.g. mass throwaway accounts) or try to break or overload the service.
• Don't infringe others' intellectual property or privacy.

Plans, billing & free tier

You can build and preview a site for free. Publishing and paid features require a subscription. Paid plans renew on the interval you choose (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and charged by our payment provider.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel any time; access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. Nothing you own — your content, your domain — is held hostage.

Domains

You can connect a domain you already own, or have us register one for you. Either way the domain is yours.

Service & availability

We work to keep Genoir reliable and secure, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update or improve features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Genoir is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the revised date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.
